Race cars rarely come this well documented. This 2001 Ferrari 360 Challenge carries a genuine period competition history, headlined by its time in the hands of Markus Lehner – a driver well-known enough that Revell turned this very car into a scale model. Maintained for years by Ferrari specialist Loris Kessel in Switzerland and recently treated to fresh belts, a new battery and engine and transmission services, it is mechanically on the button and ready to run. Equipped with air jacks and an integrated fire-suppression system, and eligible for events like Le Mans Classic, this is a turn-key entry into historic Ferrari racing.
The story of this car

Immortalised in Scale – A Documented, Race-Ready Ferrari 360 Challenge
A pure, no-compromise race car with a proven track record and an impressive history. This Ferrari 360 Challenge combines reliability with performance and is ready for both competitive use and exclusive events.
This particular example was raced by Markus Lehner, a well-known driver of the period – so much so that Revell produced a scale model of this exact car, then of course wearing different stickers. Its early racing history is documented, which is quite unique for cars like these. For many years it was maintained by Ferrari dealer Loris Kessel in Switzerland.
Technically the car is in excellent condition. Recent maintenance includes new belts (2023), a new battery and a service to both engine and transmission. The 360 Challenge is renowned as a robust and reliable platform – a genuinely "bulletproof" choice within the racing world.
The car is equipped with air jacks and an integrated fire-suppression system, and can potentially be supplied with a host of additional parts; an extra set of slicks is optionally available, for example. This 360 Challenge is eligible for series including the Ferrari Club Deutschland and the YT-Car Championship, and is still usable this year for Le Mans Classic.
A rare opportunity to acquire a well-documented, correctly maintained and immediately usable Ferrari 360 Challenge.
